At 19, I made a life-altering decision — I walked away from the sport that had defined my entire childhood: baseball. For years, I had devoted myself to the game, dedicating hours to practice and striving for excellence. But as I transitioned away from baseball, I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of what came next. It wasn’t long before I discovered the gym — a space that, at first, seemed like just another way to stay active. Little did I know, lifting weights would soon become my greatest passion.
This is about the transformation that began when I shifted my focus entirely to weightlifting. It’s a story of self-discovery, discipline, and the profound impact lifting has had on both my body and my mind. In this journey, I learned to push past limits, face discomfort, and embrace the process of continual growth. Along the way, I found not only a stronger physique, but a renewed sense of purpose and a deep desire to inspire others to take control of their own health.

About the program
This program was created as the result of eight years of trial and error between five varying workout styles and thousands and thousands of workouts. This program contains the top echelon workout split, training cues, and nutrition and supplement recommendations.
